AdSynergiX is looking for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships and turn conversations into business within the influencer marketing ecosystem.

This is NOT an influencer execution or creator coordination role.

What you'll own:

• Build and grow relationships with brands, media agencies and influencer marketing agencies

• Generate new business opportunities for AdSynergiX's Influencer Marketing vertical

• Connect with brand and agency decision-makers across marketing, digital, media and influencer teams

• Pitch integrated influencer solutions based on the brand's objectives and requirements

• Build strategic partnerships and long-term agency/brand relationships

• Own the commercial conversation — from opportunity identification and pitching to negotiation and closure

• Develop a strong pipeline of brands, agencies and strategic partners

• Identify upcoming campaigns, mandates and opportunities before they reach the wider market

Who we're looking for:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Agency Partnerships or Business Development

• Existing relationships across brands and/or media & influencer agencies

• Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem and agency business

• Proven ability to generate business and independently manage senior-level relationships

• Strong pitching, negotiation and commercial skills
