About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations. The role is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, service excellence, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency across restaurant, bar, banqueting, events, and in-room dining operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations across all outlets.
- Drive revenue growth while controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.
- Monitor departmental budgets, profitability, and operational performance.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
- Lead menu planning, pricing, and optimization initiatives with culinary teams.
- Oversee banquet and event operations to ensure successful execution and profitability.
- Manage inventory, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and regulatory standards.
- Resolve guest concerns and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing food and beverage teams.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Food Safety, Hygiene, or HACCP certification preferred.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations within hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality establishments.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in food and beverage operations management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Knowledge of menu engineering, recipe costing, inventory management, and event operations.
- Experience leading and developing large hospitality teams.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management systems, and MS Excel
