    About this role

    Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and manage daily billing and billing adjustment operations to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  2. Monitor billing queues, workload distribution, and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
  3. Review and approve complex billing transactions, invoice corrections, pricing adjustments, credit notes, and debit notes.
  4. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and customer inquiries.
  5. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
  7. Analyze billing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
  8. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives.
  9. Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
  10. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of billing process enhancements.
  11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience. Qualifications
  12. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  13. 7-10 years of experience in OTC, specifically in Billing and Billing adjustments
  14. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  15. Proficiency in ERP/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools, SAP understanding will be an advantage.
