Responsible for end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processing, including:

• Contract Management
• PO Creation
• PO Amendments
• Non-Technical (NT) Item PO Creation
• Verification of supporting documents and approvals
• Coordination with stakeholders for timely PO issuance

PR to PO for categories:

• Civil & Interior Works
• Electrical Works
• Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems
• Decorative Elements
• Faade Works
• Indriya Elements
• Wooden Flooring
• Mannequins Glass Enclosure 2.0
• Hydraulic and MRL Lifts

Final PO amendments as per actual execution:

Basis final certified MB sheets PO amendments for all above-mentioned categories, including:

• Co-ordination with Project Manager for final MB
• Co-ordination with vendor partner for invoice as per certified MB for PO amendments
• Amendments of all POs as per certified MB

Assistance in Closer of Admin and NON-technical requirements:

• Assisted in end-to-end procurement and commercial closure of various Admin and Non-Technical requirements across PAN India locations.
• Managed vendor coordination, commercial evaluation, documentation, invoice processing, compliance verification, and payment follow-up activities for multiple categories.
• Supported closure of requirements such as Pantry Kits, HVAC AMC, Access Control AMC, Housekeeping & Pantry Consumables, Stationery, Sanitary Bin Disposal Services, Office Furniture, HID Cards, Air Purifiers, Metal-Free Belts, Shoe Shine Machines, and other operational requirements.
• Ensured timely processing and closure of procurement activities while coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and finance teams for smooth execution and payment release.
