Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager Procurement

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement activities across PAN India locations, including Direct, Indirect, Contract, CAPEX, and OPEX purchases.
• Handle end-to-end procurement for various business functions, including Facilities, IT, People function, Marketing, I&I, Business Assurance, Product Services (FMCG, MHS, ENE, Softlines, Hardlines) and Support Services (Housekeeping, Security) etc.,
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and plan future procurement needs.
• Identify, develop, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and service standards.
• Support new projects and business expansion initiatives from a procurement perspective.
• Drive cost savings through vendor negotiations, standardization, and consolidation of materials and services.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and take corrective actions when required.
• Maintain procurement reports, MIS, and documentation in line with company and ISO requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations on savings, achievements, and upcoming priorities.

Education & Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience in Procurement.
• Experience in Direct, Indirect, Contract, and Project Procurement.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing skills.
• Good understanding of P2P, S2C, inventory management, and procurement reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, PRINCE or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
