Sr. Engineer : Engineering ,Project Management and Services (EPMS)

Results-driven RF/EMC professional with expertise in managing end-to-end projects, from system design and installation to commissioning and customer training. Skilled in pre- and post-sales support, product demonstrations, PoCs, technical presentations, and troubleshooting of RF, Microwave, Wireless, and EMC test systems. Proven ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery while providing technical expertise on EMC standards, RF test equipment, and wireless technologies.

Tasks

• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Prepare documents on system design, project status. Conduct on-site inspections, assessments, and troubleshooting.
• Factory and Site acceptance installation and commission equipment and systems. Impart technical trainings and guidance to customers,
• Pre and Post-sales support demonstration , PoC , technical presentation , repair and maintenance of various instruments and software.
• The Job profile requires excellent communication written & oral, skills. The candidate should understand RF / Microwave / Wireless technologies and possesses knowledge of
• Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) / RF/OTA Test system- Installation / operation / maintenance.
• On-site repair of RF T&M equipment /systems e.g. EMI Receivers Signal generator, Spectrum analyzer, RF power amplifier, EMC Test Software etc.
• Preference will be given to candidate with additional knowledge of EMC/wireless test standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics / Communication or equivalent degree from reputed institute/university.
• Candidate should possess work a experience of 2-5 years in relevant field.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office is desirable.
