We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Integration Consultant to support our HR technology landscape and enterprise integration initiatives. The resource will be responsible for delivering new integrations and enhancements across SAP SuccessFactors, MyHR, and downstream applications while helping optimize the existing integration architecture. The consultant will also play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of integrations for our upcoming SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
- Deliver new integration developments and enhancement requests across SuccessFactors and connected enterprise systems.
- Analyze and optimize existing integrations to improve reliability, performance, maintainability, and monitoring.
- Partner with business analysts and application teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain reusable integration patterns, best practices, and technical standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues, interface failures, and performance bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, interface specifications, support documentation, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, HR technology, and application teams to define future-state integration architectures.
- Contribute to integration design, build, testing, and deployment activities for the SAP S/4HANA implementation program.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy requirements across all integrations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of SAP integration experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite development.
- Strong experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP/S4HANA, and third-party cloud applications.
- Proven experience designing and developing Integration Flows (iFlows).
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, RFC, SFTP, and API-based integrations.
- Experience with message mapping, transformation, XML, JSON, XSLT, and Groovy scripting.
- Working knowledge of Java for complex integration requirements and custom development.
- Experience with integration monitoring, error handling, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Ability to work independently with business and technical stakeholders in a global environment.
- Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or S/4HANA implementation programs is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of SAP integration experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite development.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration services is a plus.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR integrations.
- Experience migrating integrations from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP services and API Management.
