What are we looking for

Experience: 3-5 Years

Designation: Mid-level – Project Management and Community Relations (Customised Initiatives)

What are the key responsibilities of this role

• Responsible for managing projects (Customized events) for People Matters clients.
• Reaching out to Senior HR leaders from different organisations to invite them for our events and different initiatives organised by People Matters. Reaching out to C-Suite executives, CHRO of Top companies to build relation and invite for our exclusive sessions.
• Work on the content and agenda plan for the session and rech out to key speakers accordingly for the session.
• Managing key accounts and taking care of Project Execution, Operation, Client Servicing and Delegate acquisition for different projects.
• Working closely with sales team and helping them identify the business opportunity.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues and conflicts with project stakeholders and clients.
• Working closely with Partners / Clients to understand their product/services and suggest different engagement activities in order to maximize their brand visibility.
• Responsible for Customer satisfaction and client retention.

• Zeal to learn and experiment with new things
• Demonstrable expertise in managing and delivering large-scale conferences with senior leaders as attendees
• Expresses ideas & information in an accurate, relevant and timely manner with good negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
