Sports Coach

Role Description The Sports Coach will design and deliver daily sports and physical education sessions for students across different age groups, ensuring structured training and skill development. Responsibilities include planning practice schedules, conducting drills, organizing inter-house and inter-school competitions, and promoting fair play and teamwork. The role also involves monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining sports equipment and facilities. The coach will collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to integrate sports into the broader curriculum and support school events. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sakti.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Physical Education and Sports Training, with the ability to plan age-appropriate fitness and skill-building programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in Coaching and Sports Coaching, including mentoring students and developing individual and team performance.
• Effective Communication skills to engage with students, families, and colleagues, and to provide clear instructions and feedback.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Experience coaching in a school or youth sports setting, preferably across multiple sports.
• Ability to maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all students.
• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, events, and equipment.
