Job Title: Specialist - Package Implementation Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5-8 Years About the Role: LTM is seeking a Specialist - Package Implementation to architect and drive advanced ServiceNow SPM solutions. In this role, you will deliver transformative business value by bridging technical capabilities with enterprise strategy. Role and Responsibilities (What Youll Do): Spearhead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM and ITBM implementations to optimize enterprise project portfolios and resource allocation. Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to gather requirements, translate operational needs, and drive strategic Demand Management and Financial Planning solutions. Configure and deploy advanced platform components utilizing ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, Service Portal, and REST/SOAP integrations. Partner with cross-functional Agile delivery teams to ensure seamless execution, continuous integration, and high-performance system reliability. Manage Resource Management frameworks to enhance workforce utilization and enterprise project delivery timelines. Monitor implementation lifecycles, mitigate risks, and establish scalable governance models for ongoing platform enhancements. Qualifications (What Youll Bring): Must-Have: Proven expertise in ServiceNow-SPM, managing Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning modules. Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, Service Portal, and REST/SOAP integrations. Comprehensive technical background encompassing ServiceNow ITSM implementation and configuration methodologies. Preferred:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong domain expertise in enterprise technology services with exceptional cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Possession of Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and Certified Implementation Specialist - Project Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) credential.
