Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Administer and manage the Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) LMS, including course creation, learning assignments, curricula, certifications, user access management, and platform maintenance.
2. Handle, troubleshoot, and resolve LMS-related support tickets within defined SLAs, ensuring a seamless learner and administrator experience.
3. Monitor learning activities, track completion data, generate reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
4. Maintain training records, learning transcripts, certifications, and system data integrity to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Support content deployment, communication campaigns, and the creation/editing of learning and training videos as required.
6. Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to support operational activities, process improvements, documentation, and system enhancements.
7. Conduct LMS testing, user acceptance validation, and troubleshooting for new features, configurations, and platform updates.
8. Ensure effective learner engagement by supporting training launches, learning communications, and certification management across the organization.

Preferred Requirement: Strong hands-on experience with CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand) is essential. CSOD certification will be considered a significant added advantage.

Work Experience

CSOD (Cornerstone On Demand) LMS Expertise Hands-on experience in LMS administration, including course creation and deployment, learning assignments, curricula, certifications, user management, transcripts, and reporting. CSOD certification is an added advantage.

LMS Administration & Configuration – Strong ability to manage learning platforms, maintain user access, configure learning structures, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements.

Technical Support & Issue Resolution – Experience in managing LMS support tickets, identifying root causes, resolving learner and administrator issues, and meeting defined SLA requirements.

Learning Data Management & Reporting – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with experience in tracking learning metrics, generating dashboards, analyzing training data, and providing stakeholder insights.

Training Records & Compliance Management – Ability to maintain accurate training records, certifications, learning transcripts, and ensure data integrity across learning systems.

Video Creation & Editing – Experience creating and editing learning, training, or communication videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate 360 or similar platforms.

Communication & Stakeholder Management – Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with learners, SMEs, HR, IT teams, vendors, and L&D stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Documentation – Experience supporting L&D operations, creating SOPs and user guides, improving learning processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience – 2 to 5 years of experience in LMS Administration, Learning Operations, Learning Technologies, or a related Learning & Development support role, with strong preference for candidates having CSOD administration experience.
