Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development

Join Deloitte's Growth & Development team as a Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development. You will partner with US-based colleagues and business stakeholders to create learning experiences that support business priorities and build future-ready capabilities. This role leads program delivery, uses data to improve learner outcomes, and develops a high-performing team.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development on the Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for:

• Design and oversee scalable, technology-enabled learning interventions that support strategic initiatives, business outcomes, and evolving market needs.
• Serve as a strategic partner and consultative advisor to align development priorities, required skills, and learning solutions with a multi-year development strategy.
• Manage end-to-end development programs, including participant registration, facilitator onboarding, vendor coordination, train-the-trainer workshops, and program administration.
• Use learner feedback, data, adult learning theory, and the vendor landscape to improve solutions, measure return on investment, and identify opportunities for efficiency and scale.
• Manage annual learning budgets and periodic forecasts with at least 90% planning accuracy, and steward firm resources during disputes and negotiations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; oversee performance and development planning; and cultivate a collaborative, continuous-learning culture.

Shift Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 12+ years of experience in learning and development, including experience managing teams
• Experience designing and developing learning interventions aligned to business priorities and outcomes
• Experience managing end-to-end learning and development programs
• Experience serving as a consultative advisor to senior stakeholders on learning and development strategies
• Experience using data to identify trends, inform decisions, and measure learning-program outcomes
• Experience using generative artificial intelligence platforms for prompting and iteration
  
  

Preferred:

• Prior professional services experience
• Advanced degree in training and development, human resources development, education, organizational psychology or related field
