Work you'll do

As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Talent Development on the Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for:

• Support a US-based team by applying consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques to assess business goals and learning requirements.
• Manage solution design and delivery planning and learning-program components across design, development, and delivery; review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Execute learning strategies, identify risks and mitigation actions, and escalate issues to project leadership as appropriate.
• Plan, execute, and operationalize development programs and processes; develop learning programs and training experiences; and support mandatory-training compliance.
• Analyze learning-consumption data; develop and maintain reports; track program and portfolio costs and budgets; and prepare forecasts.
• Lead or participate in learning project teams and build collaborative partnerships with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and peers.

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Shift Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7–10 years of experience in learning and development and project or program management
• Experience managing virtual and blended learning programs, including content curation
• Experience managing learning-program components across solution design, development, delivery, and operationalization
• Experience with instructional design, curriculum or program planning, content curation, and review of instructional-design deliverables
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications to create and maintain program materials, reports, and presentations
• Experience using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) platforms for prompting, iteration, and learning-content development

• Experience in a learning and development organization
