KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Production Specialists ; FLMs

• Drive SLA, quality ,process performance metrics

• Manage client escalations and ensure effective service delivery

• Drive process improvements using DMAIC / Six Sigma methodologies

• Manage people, performance, productivity

• Ensure process standardization and operational efficiency

• Handle MIS, reporting ,stakeholder management

KEY SKILLS

Data Annotation / Operations experience preferred

Strong analytical, critical-thinking skills

Client handling, escalation management

Excellent verbal, written communication

Strong proficiency in MS Excel amp; PowerPoint

Strong leadership ,people-management skills

Sharp eye for detail
