What You'll D

• Assist in leading day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service execution
• Drive a vertical of R&D/ test kitchen
• Maintain consistency, quality, portioning, and presentation standards across all menu items
• Support menu development, product innovation, and seasonal launches
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of professional kitchen experience, with leadership experien
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and team managemen
• Passion for ingredient-focused cooking and continuous learning.
