Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Java full-stack development, Python, SQL, artificial intelligence (AI), and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions while defining long-term IT strategy, architecture roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Java Full Stack, Python, SQL, cloud technologies, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Define application architecture, technical standards, design patterns, APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.
• Architect scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Oversee frontend architecture using modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Design data models, database architecture, complex SQL queries, and data integration solutions.
• Identify and implement AI/ML, generative AI, and automation opportunities to improve business efficiency.
• Develop long-term IT strategy, enterprise architecture roadmaps, technology modernization plans, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation and optimize technology investments.
• Establish architecture governance, security standards, performance benchmarks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, and senior leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, proof of concepts (POCs), technical assessments, and design decisions.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, availability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
• Mentor technical teams and guide developers on architecture principles, coding standards, and engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 12-15 years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Java Full Stack, Python, SQL, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute long-term IT and technology strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Preferred Candidate Profile: A hands-on solution architect who combines strong Java full-stack engineering knowledge with Python, SQL, AI solution design, cloud architecture, and the strategic vision to lead enterprise-wide technology transformation.

Required Technical Skills:

• Java Full Stack: Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, microservices, and Angular or React.
• Python: Python programming, automation, data processing, API development, and AI/ML integration.
• SQL and Databases: Advanced SQL, query optimization, database design, data modeling, and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• AI and Generative AI: Understanding of AI/ML architectures, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI integration, and responsible AI practices.
• Cloud and DevOps: AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture.
• Enterprise Architecture: Solution design, application integration, distributed systems, API management, security, and architecture governance.
• IT Strategy: Technology roadmaps, legacy modernization, technical debt reduction, architecture standards, technology evaluation, and long-term IT planning.
