Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Design, plan, and implement EPC and 5G Core network solutions.
• Translate business, service, and operational requirements into:
• High-Level Designs (HLDs)
• Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
• Architecture blueprints
• Deployment-ready engineering deliverables
• Develop end-to-end mobile core architectures covering EPC, 5G Core, interworking frameworks, and service exposure architectures.
• Ensure alignment with 3GPP standards, operator design standards, regulatory requirements, and security and compliance frameworks.

EPC Network Architecture

• Design and support EPC functions including MME, SGW, PGW, PCRF, and HSS.
• Define architectures for mobility management, subscriber management, session management, policy control, and roaming frameworks.

5G Core Architecture

• Design and support 5GC functions including AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF, NRF, UDM, and AUSF.
• Define architectures for Service-Based Architecture (SBA), network slicing, service exposure, cloud-native core services, and multi-access integration.

Governance & Assurance

• Conduct architecture reviews, design assurance activities, interoperability assessments, implementation readiness evaluations, and technical governance reviews.
• Manage requirement-to-design traceability across architecture, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Ensure alignment between requirements, HLDs, LLDs, test strategies, and production deployments.

Resiliency & Compliance

• Design highly available and scalable core network architectures.
• Define redundancy strategies, disaster recovery frameworks, resiliency mechanisms, and business continuity models.
• Support compliance-driven services including Lawful Intercept, emergency service enablement, and subscriber-data protection requirements.

Cloud-Native & Platform Integration

• Design and support CNF-based deployments, containerized network functions, Kubernetes platforms, and cloud-native orchestration.
• Work with Docker containers, Kubernetes, Helm charts, service mesh frameworks, and cloud-native infrastructure platforms.

Leadership & Delivery

• Provide technical leadership throughout architecture definition, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness reviews.
• Work closely with operators, vendors, engineering teams, operations teams, and program stakeholders across the solution lifecycle.
