Your Profile:

- 12 - 15 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing IT, OT Systems, MES, Data Historian, or Digital Manufacturing environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with AspenTech Data Historian and Distributed SCADA solutions.

- Proven experience in implementing, upgrading, migrating, and supporting enterprise historian and industrial data management platforms.

- Deep understanding of industrial data acquisition from PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, OPC servers, and enterprise operational systems.

- Experience with historian sizing, buffering, compression, replication, archiving, retention policies, and high - availability architectures.

- Strong expertise in integrating Historians with MES, ERP, Maintenance Systems, Laboratory Systems, Energy Management Platforms, Analytics, and Reporting solutions.

Your Role:

- Define enterprise and plant - level AspenTech Data Historian and Distributed SCADA architecture, standards, governance frameworks, and deployment roadmaps.

- Design data acquisition strategies including tag architecture, buffering, compression, replication, contextualization, event management, visualization, and retention management.

- Architect integrations between Data Historian platforms and PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, OPC Servers, MES, ERP, Maintenance Systems, Laboratory Systems, Energy Platforms, Reporting, and Analytics solutions.

- Establish scalable architectures supporting high availability, disaster recovery, network segmentation, time synchronization, remote connectivity, and OT cybersecurity requirements.

- Lead assessment workshops, capacity planning, solution sizing, detailed design, installation, configuration, migration, testing, commissioning, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.

- Define production support standards covering performance monitoring, data quality management, backup, archival, security, governance, and operational support.
