Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor production systems and infrastructure.
• Pro-actively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks and identify possible solutions.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Regular updates and validation of Application system flows.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Maintains historical records by documenting issues and challenges while monitoring or gathering and building new applications.
• Maintains production system capability by testing and monitoring its components.
