Minimum Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS, MCA or similar education with Minimum 7-years of SW experience with proven track records
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering with an interest in learning new technologies.
- Adoption to latest smarter SW development tools like Github Copilot / Cursor etc... to develop quality SW.
- Solid understanding of programming in C/C++ and scripting languages like python.
- Experience with version management tools and Agile methodology
- Proven records for Accountability, Ownership and Mentorship Skills and ability to lead and own sub-modules. Lead by example to other budding team members.
- Possess creative problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Quality at Source mindset
- Knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts. Exposure to device drivers, BSPs will be a plus.
- Knowledge or prior experience on OTN products like TXPonders, Mxponder and Line systems
- Experience in establishing and sustaining excellent relationships with the cross functional teams.
- Exposure to kernel programming, user space, system space.
- Prior Knowledge on SONIC development is a plus
