Key Responsibilities
- 1. Deliver High-Impact SessionsConduct structured 1:1 sessions and evaluations
- Train in executive communication, strategic thinking, leadership presence, persuasion, and stakeholder management
- Confidently engage senior, high-authority learners
- 2. Personalise LearningTailor content to each learner's business context
- Track and evaluate progress
- 3. Drive GrowthProvide candid feedback
- Own and drive learner transformation
- 4. Contribute Beyond SessionsSupport content, processes, and cross-functional initiatives
- Adapt proactively as the role evolves

Requirements
- Exceptional spoken English and clarity of thought
- Experience in training, coaching, consulting, or leadership roles
- Ability to handle ambitious senior professionals
- Strong camera presence and confident online delivery
- Comfort working with adult learners
- Laptop, webcam, and stable WiFi
Preferred
- Degree in Psychology, English, or Education
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or DELTA certifications
- Experience with working professionals
- Knowledge of NLP
