About the Role

Ensure all soft services housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, pantry, and pest control are maintained to required standards during shift duty. Lead the soft services team and coordinate with the Property Manager on service requirements for clients and occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, pantry, and pest control services on site
• Prepare and implement daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedules and checklists
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, washrooms, pantry, lobbies, and parking
• Supervise and guide housekeeping staff; ensure manpower deployment, grooming, and discipline
• Monitor consumables and inventory; maintain stock records and ensure timely replenishment
• Ensure proper waste segregation, collection, and disposal as per site procedures
• Coordinate pest control, deep cleaning, and faade/glass cleaning activities
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs for in-house and outsourced vendor performance
• Oversee vendor quotations, invoices, and service reports with proper documentation
• Prepare cost sheets, attendance sign-offs, and ensure timely submission for billing
• Schedule monthly vendor meetings and track corrective actions
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports, inspection logs, and checklists
• Handle escalations from clients/occupants and coordinate resolution with service teams
• Ensure work permits and safe working practices are followed for all activities
• Support risk assessments and emergency response planning; participate in ERT/QRT drills
• Liaise with Regional/Head Office teams for reporting compliance

What We're Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, Hotel, or Corporate environments
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and people-management skills
• Prior experience in housekeeping/soft services operations preferred
