Job Details

• Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi (Nearest Metro: Okhla NSIC, Purple Line; approximately 10 minutes)
• Experience: 2-5 years
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; candidates based in Delhi NCR will be preferred.

What You'll Do - Job Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and other relevant social media platforms.
• Create engaging copy, captions, posts, Reels, announcements, news updates, memes and topical content.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publishing.
• Identify trends, research industry developments and analyse competitor activity to generate fresh content ideas.
• Understand platform-specific requirements, including how to publish, format and optimise content on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conceptualise and shoot basic Reels and short-form videos, including understanding framing, angles and transitions.
• Appear on camera for promotional videos, Reels, announcements and interviews.
• Monitor audience engagement and identify ways to improve reach, visibility and interaction.
• Coordinate with graphic design and video production teams to execute creative concepts and campaigns.

What Were Looking For

• Street-smart and digitally savvy: Someone with a practical understanding of social media who knows what works, what doesn't, and why. You should bring ideas to the table rather than wait for instructions at every step.

• Strong independent execution: You must know how to create and publish content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms yourself, without depending on a third party or another team member for routine execution.

• Creative and trend-aware: Someone who can identify relevant trends, develop topical and meme-based content, write engaging copy and turn ideas into platform-appropriate posts and Reels.

• Excellent English communication: Strong written English, sound grammar and the ability to write clear, engaging and error-free content.

• Confident communicator: You should be able to articulate ideas clearly, discuss concepts confidently and communicate professionally with internal teams.

• Comfortable on camera: You should be willing to appear in Reels, promotional videos, interviews and other brand-related content. Basic shooting skills and an understanding of framing, angles and transitions are essential.

• A hands-on content creator: Someone who can take an idea from concept to execution, researching a topic, writing the copy, creating or shooting basic content and coordinating its final delivery.

• Relevant experience: Experience with B2B organisations, exhibitions, expos, trade fairs, conferences or service-based businesses will be an advantage. A portfolio demonstrating original content, Reels and topical or meme-based work is preferred.

• Delhi NCR-based and ready to join: Candidates already residing in Delhi NCR who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.

What We're Not Looking For:

Candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes, particularly repeated switches within just a few months of joining.

Selection Process: In-person interview at our Delhi head office. A written assessment will be a part of the selection process.
