About this role
Social Media Strategist
Marketer's brain. Designer's eye.
TeamBoost365 LLC • Remote • Full-time
Content is oxygen. If you're not producing, you're invisible.
We spend our days keeping other companies' content engines running. Now we want someone to give our own channels the same treatment and make them our best salesperson.
About us
TeamBoost365 gives growing companies dedicated creative teams for video, design, eLearning and AI-supported content, so they can scale without the hiring headaches.
We weren't born in a boardroom. We come from 30 years of broadcast and commercial production, a world where you miss a cue and you go dark. Broadcasters trust us with their reputation. Our clients trust us with theirs.
Now we're looking for someone to trust with ours.
The role
You'll own our social media from first idea to final post. You think like a marketer and see like a designer: you know why a post exists, who it's for, and exactly how it should look. And you know the real scoreboard is leads, not likes.
What you'll do
• Own the strategy. Build and run a monthly content plan across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Talk to the right people. Plan calendars, campaigns and hooks that land with B2B buyers: L&D heads, marketing managers and founders.
• Make it look the part. Create or art-direct posts, carousels, reels and thumbnails that are unmistakably TeamBoost365.
• Guard the brand. Keep our visual identity sharp and consistent through colour theory, typography and layout.
• Call the shots. Brief our video and design team, then review their work for quality and brand fit. (Yes, you get a production crew. It's kind of our thing.)
• Stop the scroll. Write captions and short-form video scripts that earn the pause.
• Follow the numbers. Track reach, engagement, clicks and leads, report monthly, then make next month better.
• Spot what's next. Keep tabs on competitors and trends, and pitch new formats worth testing.
• Turn winners into ads. Help repurpose top organic posts into paid creatives.
What you bring
• 2 to 4 years in social media strategy, ideally in B2B, agency or SaaS.
• A portfolio that shows both halves of your brain: strategy that moved the numbers, and design that made people stop.
• A real eye for colour: palettes, contrast, mood and brand consistency.
• Hands-on skill in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic video editing in CapCut or Premiere.
• Excellent written English that's clear, confident and never sounds like a press release.
• Comfort with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
• You're organised, self-driven and quick to act on feedback. Nobody ever has to chase you.
Bonus points if you
• Have made ad creatives for Meta or LinkedIn.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to move faster on ideas and visuals. (We're big on AI, as long as a human with taste is steering.)
• Know your way around eLearning, training or creative services.
Why you'll love it here
• Real ownership. The strategy, the look and the results are all yours.
• A crew to brief. Your ideas don't die on the whiteboard. They get made.
• A high bar, with backup. We hold broadcast-grade standards, and we give you the team to hit them.
• Remote and full-time. [Add pay range, benefits and core hours/time zone]
