We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms. The role involves consistent posting, coordination with agencies for content creation, platform audits, and handling online reputation management (ORM) tools to ensure strong brand presence and engagement.

• Handle daily posting across all social media platforms as per content calendar
• Coordinate with agencies for content creation, and timely delivery
• Conduct regular platform audits to ensure profile hygiene and brand consistency
• Handle online reputation management (ORM) including monitoring, responses, and escalations
• Track and share performance reports and insights for continuous improvement
