Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist internship is a remote role focused on supporting Meridian Group of Education's online presence and engagement with learners and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include planning and creating social media content, scheduling posts, and managing activity across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. The intern will assist in running social media campaigns, monitoring analytics, and optimizing content based on performance data and audience feedback. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to align messaging with educational initiatives, responding to comments and inquiries in a professional manner, and staying informed about trends in social media and digital marketing. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of key platforms, campaign planning, and basic analytics.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including the ability to design engaging posts and adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional online interactions, and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar), content scheduling tools, and data-driven decision-making is beneficial.
• Interest in the education sector, attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are strongly preferred.
