Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms that aligns with client goals and brand voice. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, monitoring trends, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to improve reach and engagement. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop integrated digital marketing strategies, respond to audience interactions, and ensure consistent, high-quality social media presence.

Qualifications

• Ability to execute and optimize Social Media Marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including crafting posts, captions, and basic visual content that align with brand guidelines.
• Knowledge of broader Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members, presenting ideas, and engaging with online communities.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kanpur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is an advantage.
