Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning and executing social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support lead generation for Solvantiz's AI products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, creating and optimizing content, overseeing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with design, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, experimenting with new formats and channels, and ensuring a consistent brand voice that reflects Solvantiz's positioning in the AI and technology space.

About the Role

We're looking for a young, passionate digital marketer to grow the reach and adoption of our Edtech and AI-driven products. You'll work closely with the founders, product, design, and sales teams to plan and run campaigns that bring in learners, institutions, and users, and to take our app to every possible student.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to reach students, parents, and institutions at scale
• Plan and run performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Own SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy
• Create content: videos, images, and graphics for social media, ads, and campaigns
• Run email and WhatsApp marketing and lead-nurturing funnels
• Design product-led growth and lead-generation campaigns for our AI and Edtech offerings
• Keep the LinkedIn page and website up to date
• Track CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI using GA4 and similar tools; test, iterate, and report on what works
• Collaborate with product and sales on messaging, landing pages, and product launches

Requirements

• 0–2 years of digital marketing experience (Edtech, AI/SaaS, Healthcare, B2B, or B2C exposure preferred)
• Hands-on knowledge of paid ads on Meta, Instagram, Google, and other social platforms
• Good understanding of SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, research, and campaign optimization
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus good coordination skills
• Based in Hyderabad and able to join immediately

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing to students, parents, or institutions
• Basic design and video skills (Canva, CapCut) or a copywriting portfolio
• Startup experience and a hands-on, ownership mindset
