Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Neerja Modi School in Jaipur. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to strengthen the school's brand and engage current and prospective students, families, and the wider community. Daily tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring analytics, and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner. The role also involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to highlight school achievements, events, and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the school's values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including platform management and campaign execution.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with institutional goals.
• Experience with Social Media Optimization (SMO), analytics tools, and performance tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and brand-building techniques.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in an educational or youth-focused environment is an added advantage.
