About the role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of a brand's social presence—from planning content to publishing, engaging with the audience and reviewing what works. This role needs both creative thinking and strong execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage content calendars aligned with each brand's goals, audience and campaigns.
• Develop ideas for reels, posts, carousels, stories and recurring content series.
• Coordinate with writers, designers, photographers and creators to manage briefs, approvals and timely publishing.
• Manage community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and escalate customer queries to the right team.
• Track relevant metrics such as reach, engagement, audience growth and website traffic, and turn those insights into content improvements.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience managing social media for brands, with examples of accounts you have handled. You should understand platform-specific content, community management, scheduling tools and social media reporting.

Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills are essential. Experience handling multiple brand accounts or working with D2C brands is an added advantage. This role focuses on social media ownership; paid media buying is not a core requirement.
