Social Media Manager

We're hiring: Social Media Manager at Allied Blenders and Distillers (ABD).

ABD is India's largest domestic spirits company and the 3rd largest IMFL player, with brands like Officer's Choice, Sterling Reserve, ICONiQ White Whisky, Zoya Gin, Arthaus Blended Scotch Whisky, Woodburns, Pumori and Rangeela. We're looking for a culturally tuned-in Social Media Lead to own our digital storytelling and community engagement.

What you'll do

Chart the social vision: Build platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and emerging channels, grounded in Indian culture, authentic storytelling and responsible communication

Stay ahead of trends: Track Alcobev, lifestyle, music and culture trends and weave them into campaigns

Power integrated execution: Align social with the larger digital marketing strategy and business objectives

Curate content experiences: Plan content calendars around cultural moments, launches and trends, and oversee on-brand content across formats

Forge partnerships: Work with internal teams, creative agencies, influencers and creators across premium, mass and occasion-specific audiences

Unlock insights: Track reach, engagement, sentiment and conversions, and use the data to optimize ROI

Champion digital innovation: Pilot new platforms, technologies and formats

Cultivate community and protect reputation: Lead social listening and set guidelines that respect cultural sensitivities

Ensure regulatory adherence: Partner with legal and compliance on advertising regulations and platform policies

Who you are

4-5 years in digital marketing with a leading FMCG / alcoholic beverages / liquor company

MBA (Marketing) from a reputed B-school

Location: Mumbai - Lower Parel
