Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee REPEAT GUD's social media presence across platforms, managing day-to-day content planning, creation, and publishing. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance analytics, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The role involves engaging with the online community, responding to comments and messages, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and staying updated on trends in healthy food and wellness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing for social platforms.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for audience engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Relevant experience managing brand social media accounts, preferably in food, FMCG, or wellness sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
