Social Media Manager

Looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager to build and manage our social media presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Vargottam's brand and business objectives

• Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar

• Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms

• Develop social media posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels and other content formats

• Write engaging captions, hooks and social media copy

• Coordinate with designers, video creators and internal teams for content production

• Manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement

• Support the promotion of courses, webinars, events, CMEs and other initiatives

• Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities

• Track social media performance and provide regular insights and recommendations

• Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across social media platforms

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management or content marketing

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Strong understanding of content creation and social media storytelling

• Ability to independently plan, create and execute content

• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics

• Comfortable working with Canva and other content creation tools

• Creative mindset with the ability to experiment with new content formats and ideas

• Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in healthcare, education or edtech will be an added advantage.
