We're Hiring Social Media Manager

We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with 3–4 years of professional experience who can take ownership of social media accounts—not just schedule and publish posts.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Create and manage monthly/weekly content calendars.
• Research trends, competitors and audience behaviour.
• Plan Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts and campaigns.
• Develop content ideas, hooks, captions and basic scripts.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors and Performance Marketers.
• Manage the complete workflow: Idea → Brief → Creation → Review → Approval → Publishing.
• Monitor engagement, reach and content performance.
• Analyse results and continuously improve the content strategy.
• Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook and current content trends.
• Manage multiple clients, deadlines and revisions.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and proactively identify what needs to be done.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• 3–4 years of professional Social Media Management experience
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & Linkedin.
• Excellent content planning and ideation skills.
• Strong understanding of Reels, Stories, Carousels and short-form content.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant content.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Strong coordination and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Ownership mindset | someone who doesn't wait for instructions for every task.

The goal is to build social media that gets attention, creates engagement and contributes to the brand's growth.
