Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Brahmapur. The Social Media Manager will oversee Eduwego's presence across social platforms, including planning and publishing posts, managing calendars, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Daily responsibilities include creating and writing engaging content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. The role also involves responding to comments and messages, collaborating with internal teams to support campaigns, and aligning social media activities with overall marketing and admissions objectives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy and planning for social platforms.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools, basic graphic design or visual content creation, and understanding of digital marketing fundamentals is beneficial.
• Relevant experience managing brand or institutional social media accounts, preferably in education or SaaS sectors, is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Brahmapur, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
