Social Media Manager

About the Role
FYTIKA Healthcare Products LLP is looking for a social media manager who can take complete ownership of our
brand's social media presence and content ecosystem.
We are looking for someone who can combine creative thinking, content strategy, copywriting, and execution.
You will be responsible for everything from content ideation and scripting to social media grids, creatives,
advertisements and product listings.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all FYTIKA social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.

• Develop and execute monthly and weekly content calendars.
• Manage the complete content cycle: Ideation → Script → Creative → Approval → Posting → Performance
Analysis.
• Generate fresh ideas for Reels, short-form videos, static posts, carousels, stories, and campaigns.
• Write compelling video scripts, hooks, captions, headlines, CTAs, and brand copy.
• Plan and review thumbnails, social media creatives, and visual content.
• Manage and maintain the overall social media grid, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
• Develop concepts and copy for performance marketing advertisements.
• Plan ad designs, static creatives, video ads, and multiple creative variations.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Manage and optimize product listings and product-related content across relevant digital/e-commerce
platforms.
• Use AI tools and modern marketing technologies to improve ideation, research, scripting, content
production, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all content and product communication is accurate, engaging, and aligned with FYTIKA's brand.

• Monitor content performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, watch time, CTR, and conversions.
• Continuously improve content based on performance insights and audience behavior.
Who Are We Looking For
We need someone who is creative, proactive, organized, and execution-oriented and can independently take
responsibility for the brand's content presence.
• Proven experience in social media management / content strategy / digital marketing.
• Strong content ideation and copywriting skills.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, layouts, thumbnails, and social media grids.
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad copies.
• Ability to brief and coordinate effectively with designers and video editors.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Understanding of D2C and e-commerce content would be an advantage.
• Experience in health & wellness, nutraceuticals, beauty, FMCG or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
