Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Elyso is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across platforms, aligning campaigns with brand goals and the Algorithm Coded approach. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling content, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on performance data. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with content creators and designers to produce story-driven, visually compelling assets, and write copy that reflects each brand's voice. Additional responsibilities include community management, responding to audience interactions, staying current with platform trends, and providing regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific campaigns.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand objectives and audience insights.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and performance reporting to guide data-informed decisions.
• Solid understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) and current digital trends.
• Proven experience managing brand or agency social media accounts, ideally in a creative or marketing environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate in a fast-paced team setting, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; portfolio or track record of results is highly valued.
