Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager. The role involves creating, curating and managing strong fashion social media content, developing effective social media strategies, planning campaigns, ensuring optimal audience engagement through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and coordinating with the wider marketing team to align digital strategies with brand goals. You will also be responsible for creating engaging content, graphics, both video and static.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Social Media Management and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong interest in fashion and a background in fashion communication
• Proficiency in developing and executing Content Strategy for social media platforms
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to trends in social media, brand identity, and audience behavior
• Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and stay ahead of trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Fashion related field
• Knowledge of video editing softwares
• Expertise in graphic design softwares like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
