Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns, managing daily posting schedules, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring analytics to improve performance. The individual will respond to comments and messages, collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams, and support influencer collaborations, live sessions, and digital events. The Social Media Manager will stay updated on beauty and wellness trends, propose new content formats, and help grow the brand's online community and reputation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy tailored to beauty and wellness audiences.
• Excellent Writing and Communication skills for captions, posts, scripts, and community interactions.
• Experience using social media analytics tools, insights, and A/B testing to improve content performance.
• Knowledge of current beauty, skincare, and wellness trends; prior experience in beauty or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in events or live sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
