Social Media Manager- Immediate Joiner

Nova Spark Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Social Media Manager with 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be strong in social media strategy, content planning, client handling, and campaign execution.

Working Hours- 2 PM to 11 PM IST & 6-7 pm Break

Experience: 2+ Years – Digital Marketing Agency Experience

Location: Remote

• Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple clients.
• Create monthly social media content calendars.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors and Content Writers for content execution.
• Knowledge of Social Media Management Tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Track trends, hashtags, competitors and platform updates.
• Handle client communication, UGC content plan, client feedback and content approvals.
• Improve engagement, reach and overall social media presence.
• Ensure timely delivery of monthly social media activities.

• 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of social media strategy and content marketing.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Strong knowledge of current social media trends.
• Ability to work with a fast-paced agency team.

• Meta Business Suite
• Canva / basic design understanding
• Social media tools, analytics & reporting
• Influencer marketing knowledge
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads
• AI tools for content creation

• Salary: 18K–24K/month
