Job Description: Content Creation & Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Duration: 4–6 Months

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (full-time commitment)

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Design: Design eye-catching social media creatives, flyers, carousels, and thumbnails using Canva.
• Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, videos) for social platforms.
• AI Asset Generation: Utilise AI tools and prompt engineering to create usable videos, images, and visual assets for marketing campaigns.
• Copywriting & Scripting: Write engaging captions, video scripts, blog posts, descriptions, and promotional content.
• Social Media & Community Management: Schedule uploads, manage day-to-day social media channels, monitor audience engagement, and support lead generation.
• Performance & SEO: Basic SEO optimization for video descriptions and blogs, tracking performance metrics, and preparing weekly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong Canva Skills: Should be comfortable creating professional creatives, flyers, carousels, thumbnails, etc.
2. Video Editing: Must be proficient in at least one editing software such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.
3. Strong English: Should be able to independently write blogs, captions, descriptions, scripts, and other content.
4. Deadline-Oriented: Must be disciplined with deadlines, especially scheduled video uploads and content delivery.
5. Ownership & Creativity: Should be proactive, independent, and enthusiastic about exploring new ideas, trends, and content formats without constantly depending on others for direction.
6. Willingness to Learn: Should be curious, adaptable, and genuinely enjoy experimenting with new tools and ideas.
