Role Description The Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote Painting Drive's services and brand. Day-to-day activities include managing social media calendars, writing posts and captions, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for updates, responding to audience interactions, and supporting campaigns that highlight key offerings such as wood polishing, interior and exterior painting, and specialized coatings. The Social Media Executive is expected to stay current with social media trends and best practices to continually improve online presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing business profiles and campaigns.
• Media Planning abilities to schedule, prioritize, and align social content with marketing objectives.
• Excellent Writing and Communication skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Familiarity with basic design tools and content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, image/video editing tools) is beneficial.
• Understanding of analytics and reporting for social channels to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in social media roles within home improvement, interior design, or related industries is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
