Role Description: The Social Media Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics for social media platforms that align with the client's brand identity and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include designing posts, stories, banners, and other digital assets, collaborating with the marketing and content teams to develop cohesive campaigns, and adapting designs to different formats and channels. The role also involves maintaining consistent visual branding, exploring new design trends, and preparing assets for timely posting and performance review. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Eclat Interactive's Vadodara office at Sarabhai Campus.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging social media assets.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Claude, Google Flow or similar).
• Experience with design and branding to ensure consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and brand-appropriate type choices.
• Portfolio demonstrating social media design work and creative visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iteration.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
