• For this position, you will be based in Pune, working closely with the Ruby Hall Clinic team on-ground and collaborating with our Delhi-based digital team.

Job Description

We are looking for a Pune-based Social Media professional to manage and grow the digital presence of Ruby Hall Clinic's Liver Transplant Department.

The role will involve working closely with the Ruby Hall clinical/marketing team and ZEALTH's Delhi-based digital team to plan, create and execute healthcare-focused social media content across Instagram and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate should understand the Pune audience, local culture and healthcare ecosystem, and should be comfortable communicating in English, Hindi and Marathi.

This is a hands-on role involving content planning, coordination with doctors, social media execution, on-ground content collection and collaboration with the Delhi team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities for Ruby Hall Clinic's Liver Transplant Department.
• Plan and execute Instagram and LinkedIn content calendars.
• Coordinate with doctors and the hospital team to develop healthcare content.
• Conduct on-ground coordination for photographs, videos, doctor interactions and patient-story content, wherever appropriate approvals/consents are available.
• Write and adapt content in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Understand local Pune audiences and healthcare communication.
• Coordinate with ZEALTH's Delhi-based content, creative, SEO and performance marketing teams.
• Ensure content follows hospital brand guidelines and healthcare communication standards.
• Track social media performance and provide insights for improving content.
• Coordinate timely approvals and publishing with the hospital and ZEALTH teams.

Job RequirementsEssential

• Must be a native/current resident of Pune with a strong understanding of the city and local audience.
• Prior healthcare/hospital/medical marketing experience is strongly preferred and will be an important selection criterion.
• Excellent command of English, Hindi and Marathi, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Experience in content planning, social media management and coordination.
• Ability to communicate professionally with doctors and hospital stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare communication and sensitivity around patient-related content.
• Ability to work closely with ZEALTH's Delhi-based team through regular calls, coordination and reporting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
