Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Jaipur. The Social Media Content Creator will plan and produce engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, aligned with the brand's voice and marketing objectives. Daily responsibilities include creating posts, reels, and short videos; writing compelling captions and copy; coordinating with faculty and marketing teams for academic and promotional content; and managing a content calendar. The role also involves monitoring engagement metrics, responding to comments and messages, and recommending improvements based on performance data. The Social Media Content Creator will support campaigns for courses, webinars, and events, ensuring timely and consistent communication across all channels.
Qualifications

• Strong social media content creation skills, including short-form video, graphics coordination, and platform-specific storytelling.
• Ability to develop and execute basic content strategies, manage content calendars, and align posts with marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in writing and editing clear, concise, and engaging copy for captions, posts, and promotional material.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, and social media analytics tools.
• Comfort with collaborating closely with academic and marketing teams and translating educational material into engaging content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in social media, content creation, or marketing within education or test-prep sectors is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field is beneficial.
