The role

You will own the creative side of our social media. You'll turn dry, complicated topics (apostille vs. attestation, country-wise attestation steps, Gulf employment documents) into content people actually stop scrolling for, shoot it, edit it, and publish it.

What you'll do

• Plan and create reels, short videos, carousels, static posts and stories for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
• Shoot and edit reels in-house, including office walkthroughs, explainer videos, process demos, client-journey stories and founder or team-led content
• Create AI-assisted content: AI reels, AI voiceovers, AI avatars and visuals, animated explainers, and AI-generated B2C and B2B creatives
• Write scripts, hooks, captions and CTAs in simple English and Hindi/Hinglish
• Build monthly content calendars with the marketing team and keep a consistent posting schedule
• Turn one idea into many formats (one topic becomes a reel, a carousel, a LinkedIn post and a Short)
  

What we're looking for

• Proven experience creating short-form video content (reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
• Strong skills in at least one video editor: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut
• Working knowledge of AI tools, such as image/video generators, voice and avatar tools, and AI editing tools (tell us which ones you use)
• Good visual sense: composition, lighting, colour, typography and pacing
• Design skills in Canva, Photoshop or Figma
• Strong writing and scripting ability, with a good sense of hooks
• Understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms and what drives reach and retention
• Your own phone or camera, tripod and basic gear is a plus
• Comfortable being on camera is a plus but not mandatory
  

Good to have

• Experience with B2B, trade, export, legal, finance, education or service-based brands
• Basic knowledge of SEO and captions/keywords for discoverability
  

Who will do well here

• Someone who is curious, self-driven and imaginative, who can take a boring topic and make it interesting, and who is comfortable shooting, editing and publishing without hand-holding. You care about numbers as much as aesthetics.
