WE'RE HIRING | ON-SITE CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
Location: Surat
5-Star Hotel
Immediate Joining Required
We're looking for a creative and highly proactive Content & Social Media Executive who will be stationed on-site at a 5-star hotel and take ownership of its everyday social media presence and organic growth.
Your Core Priorities
1. Content Creation
• Regularly shoot high-quality Reels, photos and short-form content across the hotel
• Capture rooms, F&B, events, weddings, guest experiences, hotel activities and behind-the-scenes moments
• Identify content opportunities independently instead of waiting for briefs
• Create content that maintains the premium positioning of a 5-star hospitality brand
2. Organic Growth & Engagement
• Actively work towards increasing organic reach, engagement and followers
• Engage with relevant audiences, local communities, pages and conversations
• Research trends, trending audios, formats and content opportunities
• Focus on activities that improve profile visits, interactions, shares and saves
• Continuously explore new ideas for organic growth
3. Daily Stories & Posting
• Maintain an active Instagram presence through regular Stories
• Capture and post real-time hotel moments and experiences
• Publish approved Reels, posts and other content as per the calendar
• Ensure the page remains active, fresh and engaging every day
4. Content Strategy
• Plan content around hotel experiences, restaurants, weddings, staycations, events and seasonal opportunities
• Understand what content is performing and accordingly suggest new ideas
• Coordinate with the hotel team and digital marketing team for upcoming activities and promotionsWe're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook Reels & Stories
Can shoot aesthetically using a smartphone/camera
Has a good eye for premium and luxury content
Understands organic social media growth, not just posting
Is comfortable creating content independently
Is proactive and constantly looking for content opportunities
Can work on-site at the hotel
Can join immediately
Accommodation & Meals will be taken care.
Experience with hotels, restaurants, travel, lifestyle or luxury brands would be preferred.
This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can shoot, post, engage, experiment and consistently work towards growing the hotel's social media presence organically.
