Social Media & Community Associate

Can you create content, explain it on camera, and grow a social media page organically

We're looking for a Social Media & Community Associate with experience in healthcare, insurance, medical or health-tech and a proven track record of organic social media growth.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow social media pages organically.
• Plan content calendars and social media strategies.
• Create Reels, carousels, stories, captions and short-form content.
• Create and present video explainers confidently on camera.
• Communicate fluently in English, Hindi & Hinglish.
• Manage comments, DMs and build an engaged community.
• Research trends and turn complex topics into simple, engaging content.
• Track performance and experiment with new formats to improve growth.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors.

We're looking for

• 1–3 years of social media/content experience.
• Experience with healthcare or insurance brands preferred.
• Proven experience in organic page growth.
• Strong Instagram & Reels knowledge.
• Excellent English + Hindi/Hinglish communication.
• Confident on-camera and video explanation skills.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and creative instincts.
• Ability to independently handle Social Media + Content + Community.
