Role Description

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Executive to help build the next phase of TruFit's digital presence.

This is not just a posting/scheduling role. You should be comfortable taking content from:

Idea → Script → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Analyse

You'll work directly with TruFit products, our factory, team and management to create content that makes people notice, remember and engage with the brand.

What You'll Do

• Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Ideate, script, shoot and edit Reels, Stories, product videos and short-form content
• Create content around products, lifestyle, factory/BTS, people, launches and the TruFit journey
• Build weekly/monthly content calendars and recurring content series
• Write strong hooks, captions and CTAs
• Track trends and adapt relevant formats for TruFit
• Manage comments, DMs and community engagement
• Analyse reach, retention, watch time, shares, saves, profile visits, enquiries and conversions
• Support creator/influencer and UGC collaborations

You're a Good Fit If You

• Understand Instagram/Reels and what makes people stop scrolling
• Can shoot and edit content independently
• Have strong content ideas and storytelling ability
• Can use tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Instagram Edits or similar
• Have working knowledge of Canva
• Write clean, engaging copy
• Understand social-media analytics
• Are proactive, creative and comfortable taking ownership

0–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong practical skills are welcome to apply.

Experience in footwear, fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands is a plus, not mandatory.
