About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst professional who can analyze marketing performance, evaluate campaign outputs, and translate data into actionable business insights. The role will involve tracking key marketing metrics, identifying performance trends, evaluating the effectiveness of different marketing initiatives, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Specifically this role will involve:

• Analyze the performance and output of marketing campaigns across different channels.
• Track and evaluate key marketing metrics such as leads, conversions, CAC, ROAS, ROI, engagement, and revenue contribution.
• Analyze campaign, channel, audience, and creative-level performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor marketing spend and evaluate its effectiveness against business outcomes.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports, dashboards, and MIS.
• Identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
• Compare marketing performance across campaigns and channels to determine what is working and what needs improvement.
• Work closely with marketing teams to provide data-backed recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Analyze customer and campaign data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Support forecasting, performance tracking, and marketing planning through data analysis.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate marketing data and ensure consistency across reports and dashboards.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of marketing analytics and digital marketing performance metrics.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience working with marketing dashboards and reporting tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as Meta, Google Ads, marketplaces, and other performance channels.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
